Payment & Shipping

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Afterpay (for Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, & United Kingdom residents), and Zippay.

All products (excluding Software) are shipped from our Australian location. All orders of AUD$150 or more, includes free shipping Australia-wide, and are sent using Australia Post standard postage, which usually takes 4 to 7 business days to most locations with-in Australia. Free Express shipping for orders of AUD$200 or more (with-in Australia). Expresss shipping is available at extra cost, which takes a minimum of 3 business days to most Australian locations, and about 7-10 business days to International locations.

International orders are welcome, we ship world-wide via Airmail, and also offer Express services.

Orders take up to 3 Business days to process, when Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Afterpay or Zip is used (except for special orders for items not listed on the products page).

All cables include a 60 day replacement guarantee for any faulty products.
