Payment & Shipping

Payment options include Paypal, Credit Card/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer (for Australian residents).

All products (excluding Software) are shipped from our Australian location. All orders of $150 or more, include free postage Australia-wide and are sent using Australia Post standard postage, which usually takes 4 to 7 Business days to most locations with-in Australia. Express post available at extra cost, which takes a minimum of 2 Business days for most Australian locations.

International orders are welcome, we ship world-wide via Airmail, and also offer Express services.

Orders take up to 3 Business day to process, when Credit/Debit Card & Paypal is used (except for special orders for items not listed on the products page and orders paid using Bank transfers).

All cables include a 60 day replacement guarantee for any faulty products.
